  • Check that no it doesn't sorry

  • It has the full shrouded front site the norincos have

  • What do you guys think of Russia changing to the AN 94? Normally I agree with Izhmash's choices but I am kind of shaky on such an expensive rifle and non are being exported for extra money, or one for me to buy... I guess long live Russia, aдпинoй живeт Poccия. Serious question how is my Russian, attempting to teach myself the language.

  • Looks like a WASR-10 with Chinese furniture. Is that right?

  • Is this a Romanian SAR-1?

  • @MCArmory It looks similar to a SAR-1, but there are no dimples in the receiver, which leads me to believe it's a wasr.

  • where are the dimples? i see the pistol grip wedge and the angle of the stock of the ak47, but its not milled reviver or any threads. its like a akm with ak47 characteristics.

  • In russia AK-47 YOU

  • I'll take a galil over an akm any day of the week, and twice on Sundays. Even better if it has a folding stock.

  • @YoungBrave2006 it is and akm

  • @weatherman386 That's clearly not a galil, and also clearly not a folding stock rifle.

  • @YoungBrave2006 so it is an akm, not ak47

  • GREAT GUN!

  • AK 47....can take a lickin' and keep on clickin'!

When everything absolutely, positively needs to be taken out in a room, accept no substitutes...AK 47

  • Flocka

  • love the AK. nice example for the video

  • @AK47operator which AKs are the best for the buck, i saw some at Mills Fleet Farm @450 dollar. does country of origin matters?

  • @ilikesuzuki Quality matters, you probably saw a Roamnian Wasr. Those are entry level guns and have allot of issues with quality. Buy a saiga and convert it slowly or buy an Arsenal which is a converted Saiga.

  • @frylock44 what about functional that's all i care, is it still good for that purpose?

  • @ilikesuzuki Some are lemons and most if not all have crooked front sights. Go with a Saiga they work perfectly.

  • @frylock44 thanks man

  • @ilikesuzuki Buy a galil with a folding stock in 5.56mm. I think that's probably the only caliber they make it in, anyways. I fucking hate that ammo; but it's popular now, so fuck it.

  • Does anyone know the song

  • Just another Gun Nut who doesnt know shit

  • Ill keep my M16 :)

  • @TehNeepbeepbop123 m16 james out the ass ....

  • @NimastaT Shut up you communist asshole

  • I going out and buying a WASR AK(i have no money for better moddels, its a AK-47,but it's still a good firearm.) Can you hunt hogs and deer with one(im asking about the local law and accuracy of a AK,every thing else i should know)?

    Thanks

    Take care.

  • @dasdew2 yea because it shoots 7.62X39 and it works great for hogs and deers. I use my SKS (same round) and works great. Should have no problem

  • @bber45 I know that but a kalshnikov is less accurate than a semi auto carbin sivonova, 200meters and I cant hit jack(the name of the hog,LOL)also some state dont let you hunt with rifle that have more than 5 rounds or a shotgun with more than 3,I live in Texas so i should be able to slap on a drum mag but im worried with accuracy

  • @dasdew2 yup I am california and we have limits on how many rounds you can hunt with. That why you get a plug and off you go :) AKs are some what accurate if you get a good one but with a full size SKS you can dance around 400 meters and get some nice groups. I have an SKS para and 200-300 yards is its home and damn does it shoot good. Love having fresh bacon thanks to my SKS :)

  • @bber45

    fresh baccon LMAO

    No tactical baccon?

all(or most) ak barrels are bent a bit,I plan on getting one soon and helping with the hog problems then give the pig to a soup kicthen, also going to scare the neighbors by saying a hunt with a AK-47 ROFL

not sure wheather to get a wasr or a better quality AK

    later man.

  • @dasdew2 WASR are hit or miss. You can get a great one or a really Sh*tty one. If you want go the AK way grab a Polish AKM those are nicely made. But for cheaper you can get a Nice Chinese SKS with milled parts and chrome lined barrel and excellent accuracy for about 300-200 bucks. After that you can bubbah it and make it look like and AK-47 but have better accuracy and just a reliable.

  • @bber45 Actually AK's are more reliable, ill send you a video that says so.I never heard of any insanely reliable sks story, dont get me wrong their awsome but copared to a AK. A U.S. Marine once piked up a AK-47 off a dead guy,him and his buddies kept it in a locker to take it out to the range,no maitanece, one day it was rusted shut and the guy just kick it open(ROFL,bet you wont try that with your para sks) and it worked fine after that

cosmoline can ruin any gun(even a AK) so how do i clean i

  • @dasdew2 hell no :) my para's are worth to much. Thing about SKS' they are also collectors Items. I mean you go from a 75$ rifle in the 90's to a 400-500$ Rifle now and prices are only going up. AKs ehhh not so much but they are so ugly they are gorgeous. And cosmoline..yeah I have fired an SKS and Mosin Nagant drenched in it, I am sure and AK will too. To clean the metal parts use some good ol mineral Spirits (home depot has it) or gasoline. Wood use a blow drier or the sun :)

  • yuck

  • And how much would one cost if I wanted to buy one?

  • @Varmenthunter2 Typically around 300 hundred to 500 hundred, I got my AK for 500, perfect condition

  • When I was stationed just outside of Grozny, we had to live and fight in some of the worst conditions I've ever had the misfortune to live in, even worse than those in Russia. We used a Ak derivative, it helped me get home alive, a little piece of Russia. I remember once we had a four day battle, there was only 30-50 of them in this one village, we moved in, on the last day it got so bad that we resort to scavenged ammunition off the Chechens. It is truly the right hand of the fighting man.

  • The Yugo M70AB2 is the best AK imo.

  • WASR!!!! and actually. correct me if im wrong but century has a polish AK with milled reciever for about 400

  • isn´t that the AKM?

  • wait wait...so your backup is the gun that is more reliable? how's that work? lolz.

  • Thats a very decent looking Romanian..the rivits arent punched in too hard...not a bad finish..looks better than my WASR!

  • Dude.. The AK is from -47, however the Sturmgehwer 44 is from -44 (Used from 44, designed -43). (But the AK is a copy of the SG-44)

  • @MrUsp18 you're soooo wrong :) It's not a copy.

  • @NotInMyBrain Dude, look at the design and read smt bout it. It is a copy, just like the RPG is a copy of the panzerfaust.

  • @NotInMyBrain hes right , it was a copy of the stg 44, the m1 garand, and the sks. it took the piston of the stg, the trigger assembly of the m1, and the gas system of the sks to make the ak even though kalashnikov says he didnt but since hes russian i dont believe a word he says.

  • @Grunt922 finally someone agrees with me

  • @MrUsp18 when the stg44 was introduced, Mikhail Kalashnikov was in a hospital because he was wounded in battle

  • @toreto5000 Soo? :P

He must have seen it or maybe captured one

  • Dude.. The AK is from -47, however the Sturmgehwer 44 is from -44 (Used from 44, designed -43). (But the AK is a copy of the SG-44)

  • Firing an AK-47 from the shoulder is like firing an M16 from the hip.

  • @Keichwoud357 You're doing it wrong

  • ak-47= ass kicker 47

  • BTW Sootch based on you, Nutn, I recently added an AK47, to accompany my AR, but here's the problem...Now I want an AK74, what am I to do?

  • Sootch you gotta read "The Gun," by C.J. Chivers. Basically the history of the AK, but also the beginnings of full auto fire, from the Gatling, the Maxim, the STG44, the M16 (and all its problems), and the current use of the AK from Afghanistan to Africa. Really a very enriching read, and minus of ANY bias, either for or against rifles. In fact he makes a distinction between the actual AK47 and the semi autos we buy, saying they are not the same weapon.

  • @samuraitactical556 Haha I have that book and read it! Great history lesson! My mom gave it to me as a christmas gift (even though I am more of an ar guy). I shelved it for awhile, before taking it out and reading it, extremely interesting stories and lots of good factual info. I especially enjoyed the part of how it is sort of a custom in Afghanistan for an ak to be handed down through generations, and If a man comes home w/o his ak he is laughed at by his wife! Great Book!

  • @jah2mail I know right? It was also very interesting and refreshing read. Really stripped down the myth of the gun and the man and looked at the actual facts. I liked his standpoint, that no one ever thought one of the most deadly, and far reaching weapons from the Soviets would not be nuclear weapons, but rather the AK47. Many still being used in Afghanistan 60 yrs after they were 1st manufactured.

  • this comment is irrelevant to the video but sootch, i read your about me and youre one of the only people that actually get it. youre a very real person. i agree with everything you do! lol! only thing i disagree is i do not support israel but that is unimportant. wow, real person, good man.

  • dramatic warfare

  • i got mine :)

  • for the fucking last time the ak47 is not russian its from the fucking soviet unien and its not the same country

  • @MrMrbungi101 just a note that its union not unien.

  • whats the name of the song at the end

  • u r right dino, the .308 Win is actually the 7.62x51mm cartridge, i got a bit confused, and thnx for bringing that to my attention

  • yo siempre e querido tener esta arma y no la consigo jeje

  • @salogonzalo Como no?

  • Hey D! I have been wanting one of these since I go out of the Army in 1984...I KNOW "coulda woulda shoulda",But in the last 6 months I have been studying, watching and listening to You, & almost everyone else on Youtube about the DOs & the DONTS of buying one.Due to budget, Its LOOKING like it might be a WASR 10/63. I believe that is the best balance between cost (VS) reliability. Any OTHER ideas, suggestions, comments or death threats you could give me? This is how I got my other guns,STUDY!

  • who was the music by in this vid?

  • that's one hell of a nice looking romanian

  • isn´t it a german uniform which is the guy at the beggining wearing ?

  • Next you need to review the STG 44, i know a lot about it, and the fact that Kalashnikov tried to beat the Nazis to the first assault rifle too. look me up I'll give ya some tips. great rifle

  • I love this assault rifle! my favorite above all, this is the GOD of all assault rifles! that .308 7.62x39mm NATO does its job and does it well! Mikhail Kalashnikov changed the world with this assault rifle, and you did by showing why we need self protection. thnk you

  • Very nice rifle. With the authentic AK-47 wood, it looks like a Type 1, AK-47 made between 1947 and 1949--when the Russians were using stamped steel receivers. The receivers didn't work well, so they went to forged, machined steel receivers from 1950 to 1959 when the AKM (with stamped receiver) replaced them. I have a WASR 10/63 underfolder and I love it.

  • idk wat it is, that music at the beginning and end is just so cool :) where did u get that from?

  • can you buy these at gun shops? are they legal? how much if so?

  • flash hider ? You mean the shoulder thing that goes up ?:D

  • I wonder what would be used if the Avmot Kleshnikov was never made.Gurilla warfare, rebelions, this thing has made nations independent and struck fear into millions.WHY THE FUCK IS IT CLONES ALWAYS FUCKING JAM ITS A FUCKING KLESHNIKOV ITS NOT SUPPOSE TO FUCKING JAM.To those who hate it remeber this "its not the gun its the man behind it" this is widely used case its cheap, idiot proof and universal and cause it was made for civilians going into war.Mechail is confused about his own gun,is it EVIL?

  • Anyone know the name of this song?

  • WHAT HURTS MORE A HIT FROM A 20 LB SLEDGE AT 5 FPS

OR A HIT FROM A 12 OZ HAMMER AT 60 FPS??? WEIRD THE

HEAVY FOR CALIBER CROWD DOESN'T SEEM TO OFFER A

    COUNTER LOGIC

  • @tubevideoguy762 not to jump on either side but the larger bullet is capable of delivering a greater portion of the energy carried into the target than the smaller round which cuts rather than smashes its way thrugh

also from what I know most 7.62x39 is about 123grains and most 5.56 is 55 or 62 giving so the 7.62 in this case is roughly twice as big or more.

  • @jubbles2343 300m 7.62x39 is going give or take 20meters, 450ms 123x450 = 55350

    300m 5.56x45 is going give or take 20meters, 671/627 (62gr/55gr)

    671x62 = 41602

    627x55 = 34485

so realistically the 7.62x39 is hitting much harder out to the furthest range that you are likely to engage the enemy. Most people probably didn't offer a counter logic because this is a nice video and not a place for an argument and caps locks.

  • @jubbles2343

sorry my previous comment really was meant to argue lighter vs heavier bullet of the same caliber ie 115 grain 9mm vs 147 grain but it can be used to say yes the m16 IS a superior rifle but it's also over 10 years newer. fact either the 5.56x45 mm nato round or 7.62x39 soviet round WILL kill you and ballistics don't mean anything if the ak cannot hit you beyond 300 yards. effective range for the m16 is 650 yards and its muzzle speed is 1000 fps more than the aks.

  • @tubevideoguy762 DO YOU REALY THINK YOU WILL AIM SOMEONE IN COMBAT AT 300 YARDS ? YOU LIVE IN COMPUTER GAMES ? IN THE WAR YOU WILL SHOOT AT WALLS AND ARMORED CARS ..... IF YOU SEE SOME CIVILIAN YOU WILL SEE HIM AT 100 YARDS ..... EVERYONE FROM YOUTUBE SHOULD GO TO WAR FOR A 5 DAYS BEFORE THEY POST A COMMENT ..... :D

  • @tubevideoguy762 its not about " hurting" its about energy transfer, and in this case you cant use that argument, because a sledge does not pierce skin. The heavy for caliber is talking about hydrostatic shock, the cavity that the bullet creates once it enters the body. A lighter bullet simply transfers less energy. Its physics, if there is less mass to an object, it cannot transfer as much force as a heavier object.

  • WHAT HURTS MORE A HIT FROM A 20 LB SLEDGE AT 5 FPS

OR A HIT FROM A 12 OZ HAMMER AT 60 FPS??? WEIRD THE

HEAVY FOR CALIBER CROWD DOESN'T SEEM TO OFFER A

    COUNTER LOGIC

  • On a serious note sootch, how to you like your WASR? I'm probably going to buy a new one when I turn the legal age.

  • @Pill88Dickle 7.62x39 i was talking about.

  • @Pill88Dickle I guess compared to .223, you're getting a more devastating round, but ballisticly inferior.

  • @Pill88Dickle Why is the slide rail garbage? True, most dust cover mounts are garbage. There are some good ones like Krebs custom. The AK isn't that heavy. Pick up a M1A or FAL and the AK feels like a toy.

  • @pill88dickle i use the m16 in the marine corp every day one thing people just dont get its not the extra 16 oz its the bulk and bala

  • but does it blend? no automatic?

  • 1:28 best

  • democrats are supposed to represent, not rule... a common failure of these socially diseased morons.

  • @seedanee1 because they support a bigger government that turns into communism

  • lol just a joke akm didnt exist in 1949 the soviets were still screwing with the sks so the original ak would still have been the only ones available

  • As a Canadian im and AR15 man...... long live the Green Party.

  • @ElijahMFearon with 5 rounf mags though harsh

  • @TheAlexagius ya lol dont miss

  • Do you know if the wooden hand grip would fit on a m70 AK?

  • 117 million copies says a lot!

  • where can i buy the exact one he has and how much would it be?

  • @fetus2genius1 Century Int. WASR-10 cheapest Ak47 u can buy unless u get an auction

  • @TheSavage169

Is Century reliable? Can't remember what company I heard that doesn't have very good quality control

  • @EverythingisFire If ur Lucky u get a nice one but if ur not it might not even function n ur right its Century

  • thats a real AK-47 not a AKM

  • @loneteenwolf16 It's an AKM.

  • Great video comrade.

  • Sootch00 were you ever in the military?

  • u know the odds of him finding war footage of a guy who looks exactly lik him fring an ak wow (obviously sarcasm)

  • Comrade Sootch

  • That is the nicest looking Romy I have ever seen. I'm assuming the furnitures redone?

  • The furniture on your weapon looks great..where did you get it?

  • What is a semi auto version called, a battlerifle?

  • @GeneralCange just a rifle, or semi auto

  • DEAR SANTA...

  • Where did you get your wooden furniture for this gun? Its the best I have ever seen for an AK. I am thinking of getting the Century Arms WASR-10, and the furniture doesnt look as clean, but it still works.

  • @SonofJorel10 you may had a bad ARSENAL but i Only heard about GOOD things about ARSENAL but i never fired one

its not the easiest thing to shoot a gun in Sweden

  • that gun gives me a boner.

  • a piece of plastic?

  • @CommentTart WHAT THE FUCK

there is NO plastic parts on a AK-47

'there arent like the shitty AR-15/m16/m4 rifles

  • @rammsteinlover1337 Well sorrry. Jeez

  • @rammsteinlover1337 LOL shitty AR-15/M16/M4?

Complain and bitch about how bad a gun is AFTER you have shot it.

Videogames dont count by the way fagget.

  • I want an AK bad but I dont know what brand to get..I heard of the Century Romanian ones blowing up and I dunno if i wanna take that risk...so I dunno what brand to get

  • @Rob919Gore the highest quality is Arsenal, but they are pretty expensive but all the parts are NEW and never used, BTW all the parts are made in RUSSIA and are 922r Compliance

I dont know about Century Romanian, but im pretty sure that they have been used before

get some extra money and get a Arsenal, u get more for the MONEY

  • @rammsteinlover1337

The highest quality are generally made from the foreign parts, however, yes I'd agree Arsenal if you have the money to spare, is the best quality. My thing is get the parts kit and if you have the patience, build one. It's cheaper and the rifles are very reliable.

  • @Rob919Gore

I would say try and get a Saiga there brandnew and from Russia :)

  • is that a bullet in the chamber at around 1:44?

  • @BlackbeardArghh No that's the barrel/chamber

  • @safewaysecurity ah ok, looked just like a steel cased bullet. I'm a noob with AKs, so forgive me ;-) I did buy one from red jacket (which will be finished when God only knows!)

  • @BlackbeardArghh Red Jacket makes good stuff. Are you buying a saiga conversion? You should try building your own. That way you will know basically EVERYTHING about an AK. That's what I did.

  • @safewaysecurity Saiga's are nice, they are way more accurate then those Bulgarian and Romanian Ak's.

  • I still turn to my Stag Model 8

    (Gas Piston AR)

1600 rounds, no carrier tilt, 900 rounds and ran perfectly with barely any carbon on the bcg

  • AK - 47? They no longer produce, look about AK - 9! Best in the world do not have!

  • @46roadstar hey where do you live?? Thats still a good price compare to CA.... Do u know the price for .223?

  • Solid, durable and robust like and old volvo..

  • I don't think the U.S will ever be successfully invaded with citizens like this man.

    Good vid, mate.

  • how much cost one of these?????

  • @ssrider7 Very cheap. Millions were made, they are used lots by terrorists because of how cheap and easy they are to get. Well, not just terrorists sorry. More like any poor country that needs weapons and lots of them like Libya.

  • Ak47s are cool my brothers is with the gulf cartel he has alot

  • bring your AK next time you shoot with nutnfancy

  • you should have said "long live republicans" instead of "long live republic"

  • what is the best city, state, etc to shoot an AK-47?

  • @YourMidgetFriend15 Texas or New Hampshire, out in the desert or up in the mountains.

  • i just bought mine :)

  • where did you get yoursor where do you think a good place to get one.

  • I want one.

  • I got one

  • I want one so bad...

  • What brand is best to purchase?

  • What AK would you recommend that is cheap (around $400) but still accurate/reliable/high quality?

  • Thanks SKKKKK... I appreciate your input greatly.

  • How does a person know if they are getting a good ak or an inferior make?

  • @edgybob1 the only immaculate "good ak" is the original soviet ak. Of course those are rare . But that doesn't mean Arsenal ak's Polish ak's Bulgarian ak's Hungarian ak's Romanian ak's Chinese ak's Yugoslavian ak's aren't great rifles. Just depends which one you visually like and which one feels right to you. I own a Polish AKMS and a Hungarian AMD65 and love em both. If your lookin to spend a good 800 on a ak grab your self a Milled Receiver the quality and workmanship on those are awesome.

  • very nice

  • correction the ammo used to be cheap . when I bought my ak you could get 20 rounds for about 1.50 now in my neck of the woods is about $6.00 for 20 rounds

  • i love my AK, Hows about a dragunov review?

  • now this I like,,,hahahahahaha but I prefer the Ruger mini 30 and mini 14 however and there far superior to this AK,,,will shoot circles around the AK,,later.

  • omg!!!!!!

  • love your channel ..love guns ,shot lots of different gun and your vids are amazing looking afford to lots more..and still watching your vids over and over

  • classic ...
