andre johnson is so good but why not because he can catch because hes allways open....he dont has to make difficult cates because his route runing and his body control is perfect and he is in 95 % of all catches in a perfect position to make the grab

@graafitee4eva i'm gonna have to disagree with you on that one. yes, andre's route running is excellent. but he is constantly double and triple covered! he is not always open and most of the time they arent easy catches. he got over 1,200 yards last season in only 13 games with a bad high ankle sprain since week 2....while constantly being double and triple teamed. he is the definition of a great wide receiver.

@updagrove I don't think you've seen Jerry Rice play or seen his stats, by the end of this year, Andre Johnson will be 31 and will have half of Rice's receiving yards, a fourth of Rices receiving TDs, and a third of his receptions

Jerry Rice Averaged 14 TDs a year from 1986 to 1995, I said AVERAGED, Andre Johnson has never had 10 TD receptions in a year

From 1986-1995 Rices lowest amount of TDs caught was 9, which is the most AJ has ever had in a single season

@rsty614 Oh please, enough with the "stats". Jerry Rice played in a pass happy offense, completely geared to fit his needs. If AJ played on that team he'd have 200 tds. Can't compare them? He's bigger, stronger, faster, jumps higher, better hands and faces triple teams. He had David Carr throwing him the ball his first half of career while Rice had Montana and Steve Young. Rice was unbelievable but SOMEWHAT....SOMEWHAT a product of the system like today's Reggie Wayne.

@ad1199 HOP, if you're not judging by stats than you have no argument, Rice has won multiple rings, has superbowl receiving records, and was undersized yet still did all those things, he wasn't blessed with the physical gifts that AJ80 has, I love AJ80 and Miami and at the Texans, but he is still 5 years away ATLEAST to be in the conversation, AJ80 is the best in the game today, but is yet to be seen if he is top 10 or not, let alone GOAT
