I really don't understand this. Billy clearly has no problem with doing this, and a boy can do no possible harm to anybody around him by wearing a dress, yet there are people who do have a problem with it. Why?

Personally, I grew out of wanting to wear a dress when I was about four, fifty years ago, but I cannot for the life of me see anything objectionable about it.

Where was this? I think it's less of an issue here in Europe than in the US.

I'm a big believer that separating clothes by gender is so pre 1950's and that it should be "kids, teens, adults" clothes sections in stores. You should be able to wear what you want no mater what is between your legs. Women been wearing pants for along time why can't men wear a dress?

The only issue here would be the inconsistencies in sizing, but that could be solved by eliminating the arbitrary number system for women's clothing and applying the intuitive labeling system used in men's clothing.
