@cesarx97 His second is Hardline Pro, and I think after looking at the reloading that it is probably sleight of hand pro (Smg's take a while to reload even with Sleight of hand) and the last perk is either sleight of hand pro(He appears to have some accurate hipfire) or stalker(He appears to be moving somewhat fast while strafing) but my best guess would be Sleight of Hand pro, Hardline pro, Steady Aim pro, with specialist at 1,3,5 being Assassin Pro, Scavenger Pro, and Blind Eye.

Folks usually tie their own kind of gameplay with the way that the levels are made. Thats a big map, so people like to hide in the rooms, in the bunker or any place that allows them to survey the area

@game81able when you prestiege you can use a prestiege token to unlock 1 gun or equipment or perk and bring it with you for all the prestieges since level 4, anyway they might have picked it up from the ground... i suggest you not to waste a prestiege token on this, use it on something like the portable radar (if you use it a lot) why? there are good guns even at low levels, example? scar-l, pp90m1... hope this helped :)
