Can someone please tell me the story behind the performance? I desperately want to know! It seems so beautiful and yet so sad- from my point of view it looks like this- a young puppeteer goes to work in the theater of an evil magician- he does his thing- the magician is very aggressive, he finds new puppets- one falls in love- his love dies- he goes and goings a group of forgotten puppets- the puppeteer again finds new puppets- he is now old- the magician wants to kick him out.

I saw this show while I was in Korea. They are such amazing dancers. One of the guys had some of the cleanest power moves I had ever seen. They were fantastic.

i went to Marionette show by expression crew in Seoul at 63 Building and gotta say it was AWSOME. the whole show was divided into 3 parts excluding the beatboxer at the end. Lasted about 2 hours i think. i HIGHLY RECOMEND it to any creative bboys out there, it was totally worth going to korea

The mask isn't a signature of Expression like it is for Jabbawockeez, though. I mean, for the Marionette show it obviously is, but they do without it just as well in their other performances, whereas it's a style for the Jabbawockeez.

Not really. I've been a Jabbawockeez fan since way back in 2003, I think. And even after watching Expression, I still got love for them. Both crews are great. It's not always a competition. And yes, Expression has been doing their stuff a while longer than Jabbawockeez.

-2nd show is called "the puppet and the girl" which also divide into 2 part.

-3rd show is called "the magician and last marionette show".
