@capitalistbotherer Cutting through more than 2mm thickness in silver is difficult with laser - it would be better to use a sawing method.

Thank you for your comment. The laser can cut 1mm thickness material in Gold (Au) and Silver (Ag). With some materials it is possible to cut 2mm (Fe). There is a UK based subcontractor offering a cutting service on a similar machine.

that is very nice. Is there any servicing comp. which can cut silver sheet in Europe? I just cut prototype line of jewelry from alu on gas tube and everything looking excellent but no one can cut silver (I am in Poland). No one has Nd:Yag tube with sufficient power to cut metal.
