Flay is a mediocre cook who think successfully attracted a certain demographic by over-patronizing his "Latino-inspired" diarrhea-inducing recipes...unfortunately, nowadays, with the likes of Rachael Ray, you don't really have to be exceptionally good, all you need is a frat-boy personality to succeed on television because ephemeral celebrities like Flay just reflects the declining intelligent quotient of citizens of this country..like you steeliebug..
