We started at Bill Barber Park next to the Irvine Civic Center... where the San Diego Creek trail is... but quickly exited it and we went north on the bike lanes on Harvard... and entered the Peters Canyon trail near the train tracks and took it to Portola... then the long climb up Jamboree.... to Irvine Regional Park. Check out our riding group... we ride several trails in Orange county and have fun!
Oh cool. Thanks for the info. I actually saw your group on the site before I saw the video, but I'm usually busy on the weekends and don't ride that much. I might have to give this trail a try some day.
Cool. It is a great hill climb challenge going up jamboree. One thing I have done to find out about routes and trails in the area is to go to sites like bikely (dot) (com), ridewithgps (dot) (com), mapmyride (dot) (com) and connect (dot) garmin (dot) (com) and search for routes other riders have mapped out in the area. after you browse a few you start seeing some common routes emerge and gives god clues to safe and fun routes to ride!
which trail is this? i live in the OC and it looks pretty fun
