I started jazzercise in high school ( late 80's) I just restarted classes locally after 19ys . I love it, what a fun way to stay fit, make new friends and DANCE !!!
Great to see a good cross section of Jazzercise classes.... really good energy.. I've been going since 1994. It's the only exercise class that keeps me coming back!
