Klasse gespielt, da verkommt das Forte nicht zu einem undurchsichtigen Brausen, dem man keinen klaren Ton mehr entnehmen kann. die Lieblichkeit der Melodie ist hier voll erhalten und nicht auf Hochschulniveau gedemütigt

Some silly dude said that all the "greats" played equally well. I applauded his thought. Both of us should have kept our big fat mouths shut; Flado Perlemuter reaches the soul. the others sound great till we hear Mr. Perlemuter. Thanks for the video who ever you are.

@ntrimm Soooooo true. I recently discovered Perlemuter. He is really unmatched with Chopin. Sorry but even Rubinstein, Arrau, Horowitz, Richter whoever you can think of, are overshadowed by the magical, radiant and hypnotizing interpretations of Perlemuter...

There is only 'one' nec, however, which the gold-standard perf of chopin's barcarolle mr. perlemuter's makes plain .. -a revelation, such playing .. thx & joyeux noel to all ..
