is a good side quest. You have to use your brains. That Orgnolf said that he argued with a boy from Bravil and it rained, furthermore, that guy who is standing next to the Countess, he also said it was raining, however, that Redguard girl said he was out, examine stars, although you can't examine stars while raining, you will find evidence in the dining area on the floor and in that girls room and at the West Tower that painting. :)

@MrDJ2105 You can go in any order. It won't cause her to not be accused. Don't forget about the stained carpet in the dining area. If you have found all of the evidence and you still can't accuse her, persuade or bribe her and that should help.

It could be that I've played through Oblivion a lot and then decided that I wanted to try something new. Did you ever think about that? Only thing that wrecks the game is the weird yellow triangles of light in dungeons, rain goes through the roofs of everything and spin under a tree and look above yourself you will find the leafs are spinning at a point (some floating in the air)
