@012345liam I think the reason the liger was not mentioned on any of the rarest animals lists I looked up is because it does not exist in the wild to begin with and even though lions and tigers are endangered, their numbers are significant enough to keep the liger out of the rarest animal lists. Major inbreeding would take place, very little genetic diversity would ever show itself, and if some disease came along that could infect and kill one of them, it would just as easily kill every single one because their genetic makeup would be identical or super similar.
