The European Parliament has voted YES for ACTA on 26th January 2012 in Tokyo. In total, 22 EU countries have voted YES, but there are still the following countries that have not taken a decision yet: Germany, Holland, Cyprus, Estonia and Slovakia. Another vote will be held in June, but if it's not voted by all members of the EU, ACTA will not pass!
So GET the message going, we must put our faith in the remaining countries. LIKE this so everyone can see and pass on the message!

What if, a law or act is aproved on a larger scale (EU or USA e.g) that makes your ISP responsible for any illegal downloads or live illegal streams you view and, making them pay heavy fines? Obviously, your ISP is going to cut some things on the service they give you.

ACTA was started in 20008 it was finally voted on in late october 2011. The nations involved included New zealand, south korea, switzerland and the EU. Due to it's lack of effect SOPA and PIPA was born. This is old news people so get a grip.

ACTA was started in 20008 it was finally voted on in late october 2011. The nations involved included New zealand, south korea, switzerland and the EU. Due to it's lack of effect SOPA and PIPA was born. This is old news people so get a grip.

There's going to be rioting in the streets if any of these "bills" are made into law. I for one will gladly break said law by uploading a copyrighted song (while giving full credit to the original artist and *not* making any money from said song) to the Internet.
