  • Excellent and informative video. Thank you!!!

  • I had my sugary on the 18th of January in all NOT WORTH IT AT ALL first month was painful and chest perfect next month painful and chest sinking back in and even more Pain if your age 13+ DO NOT GET IT DONE your results are cut by 67% after the age of 10

  • @smoser97 just had my surgery done

Bar in 1-2 year no contact sports as long as the bar is in place.

  • whats your pec work out ?

  • @leythz

The bar stays inside your chest for 2-3 years and you should be able to play contact sports 2-3 months after surgery according to my doctor

  • (This is my bro's account) . But, i have this. Mine is like 1.5" deep, but i'm not really self-conscious of it. I do work out, and one of my pecs does seem bigger because one side of my rib cage is elevated due to the "Deformity". If your self-conscious of your chest, work out. Trust me, once you're bigger than the average joe, you'll feel so much better. (And i am 15, so i do know what it's like it school atm : p)

  • hey. I have 14 years, and have Pectus excavatum, what should i do? Am i need to go on surgery now or sometimes i've been older? Sorry for bad english

  • I'm 15 and i have this. I hope i never have to get this surgery though.

  • @XxsnowfifteenxX yes omg, i hate it too :( its called pectus carinatum

  • I hate having pectus excavatum :/

  • Ouch!

  • I have the opisite of Pectus Excavatum, it is called Pectus cranimum or something like that :/ it is more rare and happens to about 1 1000 people i think

    :(

  • hey ive got this bar inside me , im very active in the gym and constantly working on building my mouscles i had the bar put in aprill 2011 , the bar is causing me alot of discomfurt and i feel it doesnt suit my life style, i got one question.. when the bar is removed how soon can i resume full contact sport

  • I have only one question since my PE looks just like yours and I am 20 y o.

    Was it worth it?

  • @Alemaxus

As being one of Clinton's friends and seeing him going through the pain of day to day life, and then the surgery when the bar was removed (i did not know him until after the bar was put in) It was not worth it. You are younger than he was when he had the bar put in him, but most if not all of your bones have stopped growing and are now hardening.

  • I'm a 15 year old girl, and I got it done 14 months ago. It hurt like hell, and it still does. Best of luck to you and anyone else that needs to get it done because it isn't something i would wish for my worst enemy. Ohh, and I had most of the same problems you did, heart murmur, feinting, breathing problems, all of it. Don't be afraid though, just be prepared; everything you do will hurt for a while. I'm still in pain 14 months later.

  • i have to get this im pretty spooked

  • like if you have pectus excavtum

  • 1 in 1000 FML

  • Looken good anyway! Hope everything worked out :) i liked ur video

  • im getting this at the uofm in minniapolis

  • 3 -4 months later im gonna go to surgery

  • bro you dont need this. when i played the vid i couldnt even see it i thought you were trolling....if a bish doesnt date you ecause of something i cant even see she aint worth you

  • @churde If it causes breathing problems, pain and fainting I suppose getting it fixed is a smart move.

  • @40nVIRGIN only like 5% most people do it because of the looks...

  • @Derax2 Yes, I know that. But if Clinton really spoke the truth in this vid I would've supported going to the surgery too. Otherwise just by going to the gym helps curing the dent a lot.

  • @40nVIRGIN You can't cure it with workout. Workout will just grow ur muscles around ur chest, and might overgrow ur hole a little and helps do prevent side effects that are caused by a hollowed chest.

There is another way that might cure a hollowed chest, but its still in test. They try to use a vaccuum bell to lift the chest. I don't know if it helps for adults, since the bone is much tougher.

  • @MeRedZack No you can't cure it, but you can make it look better and that's what I was saying..

  • I had this surgery when I was 16 (now 23 . My chest was not a hole like the yours but rather a long deep valley. Under strenuous activity i could feel the pressure amounting in the center of my sternum. I had 2 bars put across my chest as opposed to 1. The first 3 months are tough, it sort of feels like someone hugging you very tightly across the chest and constricting your movement. This goes completely away after about 6 months but the clamps on your rib cage get annoying and move.

  • Only hand full of surgeons were specially trained to do this. You know so, I felt bad for my mom because Try to telling your child you need surgery let alone you will die without the surgery. but Im here and life's good. I hope this surgery you had was not too bad as mine was. =)

  • I had the bar put in '96 and 2 minors surgerys t fix my muscles on the sides and taken out in early 2000 and been fine ever since..I have two scars on each side of my chest the now u can barely see even when i wear a bikini bathing suit. i count my self lucky to be alive.Trust me at the age of 6 i was told I might not live another year. And my surgery was 50/50 chance of me surviving back then.

  • The last 2 patients (at the Time) were boys. the 16 had past away and the other was older I believe and had lived who is doing great. I had it done becuz my chest was crashing my heart and Aorta (main artery in ur heart) and if I did not get it done, I would be lucky to live for another year.Tthat's how serious mine was. I wish my concave chest looked like urs. becuz mine was 5 and a half inches deep in my sternum.

  • I had had this surgery done.. and I was the 4th person ever to get it done in 1996 and the 1st girl to get it done my surgeron told me (Dr. Doolin MD). Mind you back then it was a brand-new surgery..............

  • am I the only one who gets strange feeling in my chest after watching this

  • I have this and I'm 15, been working out since I was 13 because of this and it has helped but not majorly, what was the whole surgical procedure like for you/anyone?

  • @SantosYE I'm 17 and i'm 6 weeks post op. My experience is great! The surgery was without any problems and everything went as planned. I already feel like i could manage almost anything. :) I haven't got any pain at all. It's vanished! I can't even explain how pleased i am with having done it! I really really suggest you to take the surgery if the surgeon is well educated in the case and such. Good luck! :D

  • @TiipX thanks for that! made me feel a bit more confident about having it done! What was the pain like right after the op? and how long did it last for? thanks again:D

  • @SantosYE Well i can't really recall what the pain was right after i woke up. It was not to bad i think. It was more like a tightening feeling across the chest. I don't remember falling asleep, but i must have been in a good mood, cos i woke up happy and kinda pleased with myself. I chatted a little with the nurse and my mom and slept for an hour or two. The worst thing for me though was to get up on my feet. Lol, i was so stoned! I'm like two meters tall, so i wobbled back and forth. x)

  • i'm going to a surgery next month.. they will do the same thing to me so i was wondering if you can give me your email cuz i have couple of questions to ask you. I'm not having problems with breathing or something, i'm just ashamed to have that and that's my problem.

  • Many (if not the majority) has this: the only reason to do surgery is if you have heart/lung problems.....

  • hope it all worked out good for you.

    good video

  • I have this and it does not really affect my health I don't think cause I run on cross country without issues. My only main issue is people making fun of it. I don't know if I would qualify for surgery but I really want it because people call me ribtits. Although lately I have started lifting at the gym religiously and it is getting much better. Even though you are not like that anymore the way you look inspires me to work harder. Thank you .

  • i have this shit too. i also have ectomorphic body type (naturally very skinny) and am unable to even attempt to change this because whenever i work out or do vigorous exercise i feel like i am going to pass out because my heart and lungs are not able to work at full capacity. it is fucking shit and it makes me sick when people make fun of me for being skinny when it is something that is literally impossible for me to change!

  • i have this too, and it is true about the lungs, but our body adapts to the lesser amount of oxygen. one thing i have never had that i see people commenting about is other people points or commenting about it. while people may ask about it, alot never even notice it. no one makes fun of it so i just havnt worried about it.

  • It's so good to see other people have this and not just me, I hate it so much :/ to think people have perfect body's and I can never have that is kinda upsetting :/

  • Right now I am in the process of getting a referral from my doctor so I can get this dam surgery and feel/be normal once and for all. Luckily I do have a 6pack and I am sure if I get surgery I will have an 8 pack =). Thumbs up if you some times think "Dam out of thousands of people I had to have this deformity".

  • @psp5150g will change nothing with your six pack or whatever pack ....

  • gee mine looks exactly like this, i never really cared untill people started pointing it out. like wtf i want it gone but i don't think i have any medical problems with it. I'm a little afraid however that it will effect me in the future.

  • My 19 yr old son has this. He has had migraines & over heating due to this issue. I would love to get him help.

  • beckeena@att.net

  • @CheesyPunxChoose

Have him see a cardio doctor about this, and talk about having a refferal for nuss procedure

  • I have Pectus Excavatum too can i fix it in natural ways? because i don't want surgery

  • Ugh stupid iPod baby is suppose to b havnt

  • I have it 2 but I'm 13 and a girl it rily six tho cuz my friends always poke me ther but you can't see it unless I'm wearing a bikini I baby had the surgery done but I hope I will soon also @ JonnySniper47 my brother has what ever yo have it's the opposite of mine

  • I have P.E Too, im 14 years old. It Sucks having it, but ill be getting surgery on it Soon.

  • You can't see it until you turn to the side. Your fingers go very deep into your chest, that is usually a good test for this condition. With a normal chest, your fingers will not get swallowed up. Nice video!

  • Congrats Bro. I had surgery on mine when I was 13, 13 yrs ago.. They didnt know about the bar to install. So now Its reoccuring. freakin sucks cuz I'm trying to join the air force. Procedure was done at UNC hospital in Raliegh, NC. I was the doc's 2nd surgery patient for this procedure... so now I have to do it all again

  • I have this but in Reverse.

Instead of my chest sinking in it pops out! not sure what it's called but its def bone doesnt really cause me any serious problems just looks really weird.

Wanted to know if anyone else has heard of what i have???

  • @JonnySniper47 pectus carinatum you have then also called chickenchest ( no offence)

  • didnt see it at all till you turned around... I hope it's good now mate. <3

  • my friend from basketball has it he hasnt had surgery i never knew what is was but he can run alot so idk

  • People YOU ARE NOT UGLY! You are just special, you are different, being normal is just boring, i have P.E. too Stay Possitive, STAY STRONG. <3 YOU ARE ONE IN 10,000 So you better Work it =)

  • every time i see myself in a mirror i feel so depressed 'cuz i have P.E., but then i remember that i'm different, and then i feel peaceful again, being normal is just boring.

  • Comment removed

  • @KhvOfficialMusic Thanks I need to hear that..

  • this procedure is not available in malaysia ..

do anyone know where issit available? in asia..

  • I dunno if I have this condition, but I have this slight dip which looks like a triangle. When I stick my finger in it, it goes in like half a centremetre in. At times my heart feels kinda weird and sometimes beats faster than usual when I'm not doing anything in particular. So I'm wondering if this is serious or if it's normal?

  • @iambrolyhaha um you should get that checked out! it sounds kinda serious but i ont really know

  • My son had this done 2 days ago it well, but is very nauseous , hopefully this will clear up soon, the doctors and nurses were amazing

  • Guys I found a product that will help with PE, I am going to buy it its called the Vacuum Bell and sold in the USA for 250-300$ pm me so I can give you the link or just type Pectus Excavatum on ebay dot com

  • In a way you just gotta live with it if its not serious, some cases it affects breathing and physical activity but in a case like mine im 15 and swim im in pretty good shape, but have a moderate case of PE, and I know exactly how some people feel being embarrased to take of their shirt etc. but like I said if its not affecting your physical condition then sometimes you just gotta tell yourself , screw just cause i look different than others, and blow of onlookers who look at you like ur crazy

  • im 19 and have P.E.

it somehow makes my life just suck

  • I just got diagnosed with it today and I was wondering what you do to make it less obvious I'm 13 btw

  • Glad to know i'm not alone.

  • I have a six pack, and I'm 13. I have a deep pectus excavatum

  • I have to get xrays for my pe. I was processing for the military and the did an ekg on my heart and everything came up normal. They just have to make sure my lungs and heart aren't being hindered

  • @psp5150g start messaging me more often, I have my surgery today

  • I have my appointment on August 23, 2011 to begin testing. Hope I am considered for surgery.

  • @Cheese7109 - It does feel good to know someone else has P.E

  • Hit me up on xbox. Lucky nMe. I want to here about your post op. I only have an inch though. But I had a heatstroke once and they measure my heart an stuff and said it was perfectly fine

  • I have pectus excavatum and I have a six pack so it's not impossible

  • @Mgoblue223319 was it not as noticeable when u got like muscles?

  • I have a mild case, it only appears to be in my right side. But after working out for 2 years it looks a lot better. I also noticed i almost fainted once but the doctors keep assuring me that everything is fine.

  • my P.E. is a little more than 1 and a half inches in... im 17, should i be worried?

  • @allyblack94 um im 14 and mines that deep if u should be worrie so should i...

  • im a 13 year old girl who was born with pectus excavatum. I never knew what it was expect a bone defect, but it was until 6th grade when i did research on it. Every year at my annual doctors visit they always ask me if a had trouble breathing and especially since i play soccer. But i've been noticing how quickly i lose my breath and recently I have looking online about the surgery and it makes me nervous but I have been considering it but only to myself. This is all overhwleming and im afraid :/

  • Comment removed

  • @soccerjane03 Just no your not alone and others suffer from almost exact scenarios

  • I am Brazilian and also have pectus excavatum

    my background is not as

more so with the academy to disguise this "hole"

    only or with surgery?

wanted to do that meted Donald Nuss

most do not have all that money

    is very expensive

  • i have this too but i dont want surgery!

  • @harmnieboer I also have it and im still thinking cause my hole is pretty deep ;(

  • I don't have a dent in my chest but my lower ribs stick out..looks like I'm anorexic but I'm not at all..I tried working out (increasing chest size and abs) to even out the shape of the torso but it doesn't do much..and u can only see a 4pack because the very top abs are completely hidden buy the poking ribs. From the side it looks like I have a beer belly even though I'm quite lean. The ribs make the surface of the lower belly skin to pop out because of the stretch. Anybody else have this?

  • @LBJTV I've found that if I lightly tense my abs, my ribs will come in. Unfortunately my rib flare on my left side is worse, so it kinda split on of the abs into 2 smaller ones. As a result, I have a 5 pack :(

  • @Xongu93 Ye for me it's both ribs come in..but it's like that when i dont tense the abs too...i wonder what this condition is called..Lower rib protrude perhaps..I wonder how to get rid of it without surgery..

  • @LBJTV I could be wrong, but I think pectus excavatum can refer to either the dent in the chest OR the ribs sticking out OR both. Also, I don't think there's a name for the ribs sticking out other than rib flare. But there is a way to fix it! If you wear a tight belt/strap around the flared ribs for a few hours each day, over time the ribs should pull in. This would also be easier if you're still young enough and your bones haven't fused fully yet.

  • @Xongu93 I thought that might've been the fix..anyways I'll look into it with my doctor..get an x-ray..and see whats wrong..thanks

  • @LBJTV yeah no problem. I'd like to get the surgery, but mine isn't bad enough to be covered by the insurance, yet it's still bad enough to really piss me off

  • @LBJTV Yeah, same here, but I can't really tell if I have a 6 pack, lol, all I see is a 4 pack and like two little ones at the top. The lower ribs does make me look fat from the sideview as well. Also I have a lot of pectoral muscles, and I can only do about 35-50 push-ups. Thing is, when I reach my hands out, it looks like I'm anorexic. Don't worry man, you're not alone.

  • @pearlfan3 same fucking thing as you bro

  • @LBJTV Have the same thing. And to be quite frank, I find it a bit embarrassing cause of the way it makes me look.

  • @iWhipp Ye i know man, some people think my ribs flare because I'm skinny but I'm not really, and i can see that if i build my abs, it'll give me pot belly look so I'm lost..

  • @LBJTV I went to the doctor today because last night was having trouble sleeping because of my breathing patterns and chest pains. Had to get an ECG and an x-ray on my chest. Perhaps finally something will be done about my chest, because it's just getting worse from when I noticed it back in early 2010. I'm a bit scared, have you had surgery on it or do you still have it?

  • @iWhipp My pectus is too mild to have any surgery done on it, and there is no surgery to pull the ribs back in..i'll have to see if bracing them with a special corset along with certain oblique ab workouts will help..

  • @LBJTV Ah. Well best of luck, hopefully I can get mine all sorted.

  • @iWhipp You too man

  • @LBJTV yes! I do!

  • @xLuckyLucas95x it sucks big time man

  • @LBJTV its probably pectus carinatum like I have. Its the opposite of excavatum. Instead of sticking in, the chest and rips are popped out. From what it sounds like, you may have a mild case of it. I have a mild/medium case of it.

  • thanx for sharing your experience dude..... all the best.....

  • I'm a 16 year old girl and have P.E. too. Probably not as severe as yours. I went to the doctors because of some chest pains and the P.E. and they told me it was nothing to worry about but when she listened to my heart beat she told me I had a heart murmur. I now have to go see the specialists and get scans done and I'm really freaking out. Anybody know if there is a reason for me to be worried? :/

  • i'm 22 and i have P.E. too. had 2 surgeries (one when i was 7, another when i was 16). and the combined scar i have looks just like the peace sign (without the big circle though). it's still a little caved in but i've learned to be fine with it. only time it affects me is during sports. can't run as long because obviously there is less room for the lungs to expand to their normal capacity. i havent gotten checked since my surgery, but i'm guessing my heart is a little funky too. god bless us all

  • I have the same exhale and inhale problem. Doctors assumed I have sports induced asthma. I have Pectus Excavatum and I really don't see the point of pointing it out and getting surgery.

  • I just got the surgery done two weeks ago. I'm 16 years old and the surgeon said I am one of the older people to have this done. For the first two weeks your going to be in a lot of pain. My chest looks great now but the pain level is pretty high. All you can basically do is lay on your back and watch t.v.

  • Hey, I'm 18+ years old now and I have P.E(abit more severe than yours i think) and I was planning to get surgery next year in India(for financial reasons) when I would be 19.5 yrs old. I have 2 questions actually.

How effective would the Nuss procedure be at that age because I've read somewhere that the best age for the procedure is 14-16?

Are there any excercises that can help me to correct/hide my P.E, I've started doing pushups a month ago, and they helped a little!

    thanks man!

  • Hey guy,

I wish you all the best, but I was very sad wachting your video because there's a way to fix it without surgery...

    I only saw it today.

    But try orthopectus in vimeo

    it has an english page

    Yours sincerely,

    André

  • Hey guy,

    it has an english page

    Yours sincerely,

    André

  • @NGTTutorials Okay I asked her and I'm gonna go and see my GP soon :) will it make a difference if I live in the UK, and if I'm 14 will the insurance cover any costs?

  • I am 14 and I have P.E and I have a 6 pack somehow lol, I'm thinking about asking my mum to go and see my GP but I'm afraid of what she will say about the whole thing :/ what do you guys suggest?

  • i have it done, it hurt, but i'm glad i got it done.. my gf says it was sexy, but i'm pleased

  • Im 14 and i have pe and it bothers me :(

  • I'm getting the surgery over the summer

  • Really? Won't I ever be able to have a six pack because of this hole? :(

  • I didnt notice at all at the beggining of the video, but then when you turned to the side view it was there, the hole.

  • If you work hard at the gym pe should go away!!! I had it and it went withing 5 months

  • @GOOONIES23 Was yours big? cause i think mine is... much bigger than on the vid, but i try to work out too... see if it changes anything.. hope so.

  • @hello23094 yes mine was pretty big i weighed about 8 stone before i started training my ribs sticking out like i was deformed alien lol. since i started going gym everyday and taking body building supplements regularly it started to disappear because of the muscle. also make sure you eat every 2 hours it makes a big difference. I now weigh at 12 stone.

  • how much is the surgery?

  • holy shit!!! I have been wondering WTF this hole was doing in my chest? my dad told me it was normal because he had one too but my ribs flare out as well, I'am 18 turning 19 in august and I have been working out for a while too and it has gotten better but I'am gonna find out more about this surgery.....thnx for uploading...

  • Have you gone through security at the airport with the new full body scans? What happens when they see those bars in your chest?

  • I have a question - I think i am doing the surgery , is it sore ? , how long does it take for your chest to go out ? please reply quick :/

  • hey i just turned 17.and i have p.e so i had a physical check up every year.i told my doctor about this then she said that i might need it fixed.so she sent me to go get xrays then she sent it in.then 2weeks later i got a call about the surgery.he said he would like to see me in person to decide if i need it or not.he then asked me alot of questions.then i qualified for the surgery.im haveing it on june 28.my insurance said they will cover full price.so if u suffer from p.e get it done =)

  • No are you serious I can never get a six pack because I have P.E. :(

  • @TheInSaNiTyyyyyyy That happens to me to my eyesight gets fuzzy and i feel dizzy and I have P.E. I booked in to go see my doctor after watching this video and doing my research. I thought it was just from having bad posture from when I was young so i have been going to the gym 3-4 days a week for about 2 months but now I know its P.E. I realise so many things about my body and health are results of P.E. Definitely go to see your Doctor just to make sure your P.E. isn't life threatening

  • i dont really faint tho, my eyesight just goes really fuzzy and i feel dizzy and about ti collapse, usually lasts like 5-10secs. does anyone think this is a problem from this possibly or just normal?

  • definitely gona do somethin about mine

  • my chest is just like that! except that my right side looks fine but my left side goes in 1cm though. im 16 and this is very annoying for me should i get surgery or am i to young? it would really boost my confidence...

  • Im 13 yrs old and are surgeries pain and expensive :(?

  • these video hellp me very much...more psychological because I will get the same intervention so...thx up!

  • I am 19 with Pectus, I never thought mine was serious, and I'm not considering a surgery, but after looking at this video, mine seems much more serious, both of my pectorals are not jointed. And yours are! What I would give to have them, like yours.

  • hey, i'm 22 with P.E, i've considered getting surgery done for it for a long time, i remember it used to make me skip school, but no one really gave much attention to it even when they did see it. i'm not the best looking guy in the world other than that, but even with p.e its not really hurt my chances with women, just thought i'd throw that out there for any of you younguns who are worried about that.

  • Thanks for sharing. I was diagnosed with PE when I was 15. (1975) and had surgury the next summer at Duke Medical Center. Back then, there was no way to share, or communicate with others, so I felt totally alone; really just wanted to die. Surgery corrected the PE to about 95%. Now, I just have a 4 inch scar running down the center of chest. My chest was normal until puberty, then it became noticable...chest pains, fainting...foget going to the beach. I wouldn't dare. Hope u r doing well

  • I've heard gymming helps with it, it clearly doesn't. Oh well, operation here I come.

  • My chest has a small indentation in between the pectorial muscles but I haven't noticed any problem breathing or pains in my chest. Maybe I'm just use to it since the condition is congenial.

I'm pretty active, workout a lot, and wrestled for most of my life. I wonder if my lung capacity is lower...

  • i have similar thing but my chest ot hole but it comng out

  • I watched this video while taking a crap.

  • @xboxsucs you're fucked up..

  • i was 14 years old when i had my surgery, and i was a horrible experience. my hole was very obvious, and so i always had strong insecurities about that to begin with. I was approximately the 10 or 15th person to have had this surgery done. I had no choice in getting the surgery however because my condition was affecting my internal organs. the surgery didn't take completely, and 6 years later i find out i have PTSD from that experience. epic fail. and a big setback in my life

  • @laurentperron1 i have caranatum, or how ever you spell it, i have a brace, but i also have excavatum on my upper chest, i fucking hate it, i'm 15 nearly 16.

  • Gonna think a bit more of doing a surgery. The doctor i spoke to today sounded competent, and he is part of the best PE-surgeon team in the whole country. I'm most concerned about the epidural though. Kinda scary not to be able to feel your legs. Anyways, gonna think closer about this.

  • I have a similar problem , I'm not sure if it's PE or not but my ribs tend to stick out a bit . Other than that , the left side of my chest seems to be sticking out a little more than the other . It's visible usually when I'm shirtless and look from a side . Though when I flex it looks okay , just that the left ribs can be seen even more.I've been working out for yrs and it does help a lot . My chest is 'buffed' enough to cover it a bit , but need to stack on more mass and work left side more

  • I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEME

  • It's nice to know I'm not the only one out there with P.E.

  • @Cheese7109 right there with you!

  • @Cheese7109 Amen

  • who knows if exercising fixes sever case of pe?

  • how much the cost of the surgery.....?? i had the same problem too...

  • yo man your chest looks fine, my chest on the other hand, pokes out and theres a hole. i hate it.

  • i have PE as well. my case is mild i would say. Im having the operation in the next 2 weeks and am looking forward to the after results. As long as they gas me asap when i enter the hospital i should be fine lol

  • i have it and i am 15 can u explain how is the surgery?

  • danielxna i have heard some things about that working but im 14 and have it myself i found out most things i do accually makes it worse by lifting to much weight

  • Can pectus excavatum get cured without surgery?? by working out and swimming alot?

  • It's actually commong 1-300 not 1-1000. But yeah, I have it to :( Sucks being a girl with it

  • You have to be so careful that you dont get hit in the chest when that metal bar is in.

  • Do you reckon they could do an operation for me, my chest sticks out....REALLY far, but recently I have discovered that a hole is starting to form...I'm 15 and I do have breathing difficulties but I have always blamed it on asthma....and if so would there be many risks?
