so do you have to have 2.0.1 to root bc i dont want to down grade since im at 2.1 and it seems to risky to go through all of that to get it back to stock. Help ?

Do yourself a favor, Clear all your apps and widgets from your homescreens, go download LauncherPro Beta. You can configure the screens up to 7 and that thing is BLAZING fast and buttery smooth with ZERO lag. It feels like Im overclocked with this Launcher.

@GSPwner U R SO right. LauncherPro is by far the best way to go if you don't want to experiment with rooting. Smooth as butter with a 3D app drawer and only an occasonal FC.

Then you would just download the 2.1 Launcher and root it. I found it to be too unstable like that.

Wat do you define as unstable be cause on sholesmod the launcher had some bugs but didnt cause any major problems
