Get a better clutch and a high performance spark plug, and tune it for more torque. I gotta 5.5 hp 220cc mini bike and it goes about 50 up a hill, and 70 down hill.

Hey yamaha you need to grow up your the one senslessly being mean to people way yonger than you by the way not all mini bikes are to be under estimated my mini bike can go in the 40s with a back sproket with around 80 teeth and front sprocket with about 8 meaning that it was meant to go up some serious hills if i was to put a normal sproket on the back it wold make your quad look stupid for proof go to hot rod mini bike or engine swapped mini bike.

I have a baja blitz mini bike. The rear sprocket is a 70 tooth aluminum, and the clutch has 12 teeth (originally had 11, but i put a honda gx110 on the bike and it has a 12 tooth centrifugal clutch.) Rides smooth in the top end, does 30 to 35 mph wide open, which is about 3800 rpm. I plan on bypassing the governor and will hopefully get a little more top end out of it.
