When I was a kid, I loved this. I still have to give it credit today, for 1989, that must of been a lot of work having to change each face, and move the robotic trains and eyes with a remote control. Must of been a lot of hard work to make all that, It must have cost a fortune too. And the idea was pretty creative. They did a good job making it a kids film. I can't say much about Thomas to the present day, but I can say, it was much better off in the early nineties and late 80s.
