  • You did an awesome job! Great stuff!

  • I did a 13 chain. Once. In one-player VS in super-hard.

It was the Tetris Attack version.

    Against the last boss, Bowser.

    ... He countered with a 21 chain. TT_TT.

I know that the blocks don't grow past a certain point, but I was totally overwhelmed.

  • I can do 12-16 chains naturally with no exploding lift on newer versions of PdP/PL this is totally easy. Against people though, I Combo spam.

  • Damn... I can't score more than 5000 points... I suck XD

  • MY RED HAMACHI:

    Puzle wars

    pass: 123

  • The sounds and blocks remind me too much of Pokemon Puzzle League.....

    Anyway, nice moves there.

  • I guess the beginning was very efficient either but other than that great run! 5/5 I know it's hard to be that efficient haha.

  • Aw you messed up at the end so bad. :( You should have had a x19 with a 3 in a row or just a x20... or do you not get points for x19s and x20s? I play Tetris attack so I don't know too much about Panel de Pon specifically.

  • Man, you are really good. O.o

    Congradulations

  • dam ur good that is what she said

  • yay my fave X3

  • i would love to go to japan, their games seem to have more depth and soul than when they ship them to the U.S. they must hate us and i dont blame them.

  • Holy... where can I download the rom? JP tetris attack nice!

  • Six words;

You are a beast at life.

  • wow

    5/5

  • ~While watching~ Woooaahhh Go go go!!!

Very nice.... man, if my fingers weren't short and sutbby I'd be fast enough for Time attack. Very nice...

  • Another pretty big difference is that the time actually runs slower in this game, so you actually get about 2'20". This is why one can play on the Easy speed and still fit four full ~x20 chains in. In Tetris Attack, four "full" x13 chains on Easy would take up the two minutes.

  • I just looked through the comments and I've already posted this without realizing I already did awhile ago. My mistake.

  • that was crazy! :D

  • Great Video, the used the lips stick in SSBB witch makes a flower on your head and takes damage :) o well great vid nice combos good skill

  • I love Panel De Pon. Whoever is doing all those combos must really know what they're doing. I know I can't come close to that.

  • it's easy to score 20x chains on easy mode becouse of the 3 second pause. No, i don't think this vidoe is fake i think he has pretty good skill.

  • Hah, those are the same graphics in the Pokemon iterations. How funny.

  • Why did he loose, i do not get it, at the end, the move was not correct or what i do not remember the reason why the move was invalid

  • ...because his 2 minute time limit was over.

  • Nintendo neds to VC Tetris Attack with Online, doing that with making an online Goldeneye would make the Wii #1 this gen Period.

  • i agree

  • nice job

  • Wow, good job, great vid.

    watch mine?

  • Argh, the problem is that on the North American Tetris Attack you can't score more than a 13x chain, the counter resets and the exponential score stops. It's a pain because I've gotten 20x chains before but it only records it as x?. My top score for TA north american is 39,416.

  • Pretty cool. Whats sad is people actually need tools to do this well. Wtf i can do this well WITHOUT emulator assistance. Just takes ALOT of practice to get to that point. I wish there was an online version of this game, i would play it forever

  • impressive, i would have so bought the game if it were released in the US

  • It was, I have it

  • jesus christ lord...

  • That's insane.

  • This is from Nintendo Puzzle Collection for Nintendo GameCube. It was only released in Japan so you need a special disc to load this game. On Nintendo Puzzle Collection, this game is called Panel de Pon (there are 2 other games on the disc). When are they going to have this on Wii??

  • this it fake, just go to option menu select player 1 and change it human to cpu, then increase the AI. then back to the game menu, start a game versus or endless mode and ull see this

  • Actually, this is real. First off, CPUs move a lot faster than this, and in the beginning of every match they match blocks three in a row, yet don't make a chain until they've done that about three times in a row. Also, watch around 1:34 - CPUs don't accidentally miss moving a block over. Luckily for the player, since the chain reaction was still going, he could afford to make some mistakes.

  • For more proof, look closely at the blocks around 2:18. If he didn't combine the three greens and reds together, he actually had an opportunity to continue his chain. He just probably didn't notice that due to having to rush to continue the chain he's already on.

  • that was a reply.>:( + The dude who plays here is about my skill :/.

  • cause someone said that this guy had no life. I did this when I was 10

  • Ah, I see. Youtube was showing it as a comment, so I thought you were saying the maker of the video sucks.

Sorry bout that :\ youtube's a bitch some times.

  • No Problem :D

  • u r god

  • hell naw i could never get it passed 17x

  • what is that exactly, because i have pokemon puzzle league and i've never seen that character or stage, but it really looks awesome.

  • That it's japanese equivalent, but on gamecube.

  • See. the differece between a lvl 10 computer on tetris attack and a lvl 10 on pokemon puzzle league is that on pokemon puzzle league, its much faster. i can beat a lvl 10 computer on pokemon puzzle league with ease. so i`ll make a lvl 10 computer on tetris look like its nothing. when i get a cam, i`ll show yall.

  • Either that guy's freakishly good, or thats a computer playing. I know in Tetris attack/pokemon puzzle you could turn the computer on to play for you. The way the cursor moves just gives me the feeling that that its a comp.

  • At my prime I'd have frequently end up moving as fast as a Level 10 computer. It becomes second nature to move that fast when you become extremely skilled at the game.

I can see why you made the comment, though... if I'd seen this back in my medium level days I'd have thought the same thing.

  • nah, i'm good. I can beat a level 10 computer without much trouble.(I still lose sometimes)

  • He said move as fast , not to beat the computer...

  • I said that because he said "back in my medium level days"

Either way, after playing the game again and watching this again, I can tell it legit.

  • Well, the truth is that panel de pon was first released in japan. America liked the game, and they collaborated it into a Mario theme, coming out as Tetris attack. But it was all seriously ripped off from japan.

  • Another major difference is that the clock is glitched and runs slower than normal time. You get about 2'20 real time, unlike in PPL, TA, PdP-SNES, etc.

  • did tetris attack rip this off or did thish rip tetris attack off

  • THE most amazing game ever, cept I have TA for the SNES.

Although, I must say, you're a shred better than I, I have trouble getting over x12 combos

  • i just picked up this game last night and played it with some friends, and after seeing this video, i am going to try and see if i can beat your new high score (i used to be obsessed with this game when i was younger)

  • damn, PERFECTION non stop

  • dude i wanna play this game

  • Panel de Pon, 'cept using a modified Pokemon Puzzle League engine.

    -AHMAD

  • what are you talking about?

thats tetris attack, nothing modified about it from i can tell.

  • nevermind. someone needs to learn to read the description before they open their big fat mouth.

  • that's freakin' incredible. I really wish I could do that...What version is this? it sure doesn't look like that on the snes

  • nice

  • YOU PWNED THEM ALL. *Bows down to the new King of PDP*

Gosh, I wish I have that game and I wish they release it on Wii. D=
