He's saying that it's not him to feel this way "This is not my heart" and the fact that he says "I'm not gonna waste these words about a girl" and "this is not YOUR song" implies everything else is false as well, meaning he is in fact, in love. Sort of a song telling a girl he's in love with her while saying he's not. It's complicated

I think it's actually like a Spanglish term, I live in PR and I see people use it all the time. The j in Spanish makes the equivalent of the h sound in English, and the i always sounds like a y. But it is very cute :)
