Nas reflects on being an inspiration and having people look up to him. The Game comes in immediately very focused and he does not disappoint. It's very evident that when Game jumps on a Nas track, he steps his lyrical content up, which is great for the listener. I was originally miffed by seeing Chris Brown on a track with Nas and Game, but Chris Brown's youthful exuberance shines through and he adds a nice element to the song. Definitely one of the best songs on the album

Nas can't make an Illmatic with dark beats on all the songs because he has evolved with his material just like hip-hop in general has. Nas reflects on being an inspiration and having people look up to him. The Game comes in immediately very focused and he does not disappoint. It's very evident that when Game jumps on a Nas track, he steps his lyrical content up, which is great for the listener. I was originally miffed by seeing Chris Brown on a track with Nas and Game, but Chris Brown's youthful exuberance shines through and he adds a nice element to the song. Definitely one of the best songs on the album

I would give this album 7/10 which is low for a Nas joint. It aint as good as illmatic,itwaswritten,stillmatic. But like God's Son, some songs not so good, but the ones that are, are sick.
