Most likely a special crafting material called a "Heart of Darkness".

Hearts of Darkness were used to craft epic quality shadow resistance gear required for a few fights in Black Temple.

If you didn't need them personally, they sold for about 500-600 Gold each when The Burning Crusade was in it's prime.

Also had a chance to drop epic gems, 300Gold each. And then Marks of the Illidari (30G each)

He got 1 Mark of the Illidari and 1 epic gem, so he made about 330G doing that run.

yes it is possible with a lock and u dont have to be that well geared u only need to find some1 from a raid guild that has done Bt recently like i did and its simple just use ur void for sacrifice or bring a friend that is a priest worked fine for me lol 2k G for some pattern i dont do it anymore cuz im working on my other toons so im busy lol but i may actually do it again. :P

Are you stupid? Of course their no fighting. He runs until the mob dies of dots then uses a glitch to get the mobs out of combat. If he fought he would have easily died

There is a problem with doing this on a lock. The SP's bubble absorbs the mobs love tap which stuns you and kills you. Ive been trying this for awhile now and even with a swift pot it still catches up with you.

But the main trick of it is staying out of line of sight
