I watched your video about 10 times before actually cutting my bangs (they weren't bangs already, my hair was all even length before)......I made a little terrified squeak with the first cut lol......but honestly, it turned out sooo much better than I thought. I've watched other videos on how to cut bangs and yours was the best. The advise about cutting in the opposite direction REALLY helpful!

i usually do this: seperate three or four sections in the front. twist each into a unicorn horn then cut on a diagonal, works pretty well, but lenght will vary much more than your way. -Betty
