@TheViolinmaniac
I am happy to read your comment.
Her technic is not robtic virtuosity.It's great masterclass for every violinist.
Bow control,angle of both hands,vibrato,everything is idealistic.
Hilary Hahn is also perfect but I think Mayuko is better example.
I always learned from her video during my practice.
Tempo of this movment is also right!
So many musician,Conductor can not resist their temptation to speed-oriented excitement.

The clarity and unhurried evenness of this performance are praiseworthy, period.
(Too bad there's an audience-cough at roughly 2:04, interrupting a visually as well as sonically impressive section beginning about 1:50 )

This is a performance that speaks straight to the soul - no words can describe its musical integrity - its emotional depth....

kjevois, that's just the end of first movement, for the concentration of musicians and mainly the solist, we mustn't clap

Why people didn't clap at the end?
Maybe because they're japanese

Her position and facial expression kind of reminds me of Midori Goto. The violin sounds very clear even on double-stops. Simply great!

Yes I would have been the moron clapping between movements that was fantastic!
