yeah shes's singing in a dialect of punjabi called hindko that is spoken in kashmir and some parts of the north western frontier province of pakistan. it is not mirpuri or saraaiki like some people on youtube claim. this type of music is typical of the area around abbottabad (hazaara) and is folk music.

The video is of dramas in pakistan made in karachi by the sea but the singer is not from karachi; she's either from mansehra or abbottabad area

KAASHEE..... Hindko in NO WAY is a dialect of Punjabi. Its a totally different language.
