I think you misunderstood. Tinkerbell is simply for the little girls. Jack Sparrow was for everybody. Everybody loved the Jack Sparrow actors. The whole Tinkerbell thing will pass and fade away soon. Jack Sparrow has become almost as iconic as Mickey Mouse himself. Cut down on the Tinkerbell actresses and bring back the Jack Sparrow actors.
A few months down the road or so, Tinkerbell won't even be relevant anymore. Jack on the other hand will always be a hit. Especially when you consider that a 4th PotC movie is in the works.

Jack Sparrow is good, and I am a fan, but as it is not a disney "classic" I dont think it will stay relevant - think about how some of the "swiss family robinson treehouse" attractions have turned into "Tarzans Treehouse" Jack is currently a regular at DLP.
