if you mean to get to the actual mod itself you go from rivet city, its like 10 metres or sumthing away from it and you just hed towards jeferson memorial or the project purity place what ever its called and yea 5 metres down youll see a boat and click the boat

I'm making a mod, adding a bunch of new stuff, along with some kind of island (But where do i get a program or where in the geck do i create lands? I mean raise and lower the ground and that.

Also when i place my food/chems/weapons etc. perfectly and test my mod, and take 1 thing, then all items ''pop up'' and mess it all, know how to solve that?

I would like this mod, but in my fallout.ini i just can't find the ''BinvalidateOlderFiles'' so i can change it to 1. Where in the ini is it?

documents/games then press ctrl+f or s or sumthin i think then just search 'BinvalidateOlderFiles

use ctrl+f to find it, if you cant find it just add it.

or if you have fallout mod manager you can just download archive invalidation invalidated and toggle it on and off whenever you want.
