At first I thought that VIA had run short of Skyline's and substituted with a Park car, then I saw the baggage car behind it and realized that it and the coach car ahead of the Park are deadheads. You wouldn't typically see a Park anywhere but as the last car in the consist, although I've seen up to four Skyline domes on longer consists. Very observant of you.
