@cooljunkproductions I used to get those a lot, but then I enabled my account so I have the new monetization feature so I can monetize on upload, or later. however, i dont want to risk my video being deleted if it's not actually fair use (I suppose this comes with the new feature) so you only want to enable if you know what you're doing.

And even though you have two sources, the amount doesnt really matter. you have used these sources very differently from the original.
