i am myself an indian and i feel that indian karatekas need to feel like a warrior and perform kata like they would be dead if they are not right. i look at myself every morning and i see that i have to change my life style which i cannot somehow.

i also practice karate(shotokan). so i feel a little bit of change in food habbits and lifestyle is the key for indian karatekas to reach excellence.
