@srdickens indeed you are right. let me tell you what i know then. the inventor's name is Teriel Kapanadze. He sugests that the "space" that surrounds us is in fact filled with energy and his device (actually the entire device is teslas. his work is the current stabiliser) extracts it and converts it to electric current. Simply typing "Kapanadze" or "Kapanadze device" or something similar in google or youtube brings back numerous results, schematics, working replicas etc.check it out if you want

If this is Russia, then I assume the lights are 230 volt AC, and they are BIG. Now, I think I saw the volage reading from the earth battery wire, at 4000 volts? Is anyone else more clear on this? I may not have been able to see it well. Third, is that a homemade transformer? And is the voltage transforming from DC (earth battery) to AC? And finally, does anyone here know the windings and gauge I would need to make to simulate this sort of transformer?

the black box is a scrap-radiator from some car. he puts it in the ground to make a good earth-contact. Water helps even more to make a good contact with the earth (or ground).

@egn83b - i can abuse marijuana on a daily basis and nothing but positives on my health come from it. on the other hand, if I were to eat anything i desired, processed with sugar, my health is horrible. its acidic to the body. sugar feeds cancerous cells, while THC in marijuana kills cancerous cells (reduces tumors) while preserving normal healthy cells. do the math. I can point you to more information if you like - about at least 75 health issues sugar can cause

@MopDMTBARTL First of all, it doesn't matter what it is - if you are inhaling smoke into your lungs it is bad for you. Second, even if it's not AS BAD as sugar for you doesn't mean it's good for you, Third, no duh your gonna feel good when you smoke pot - it's called "euphoria". Fourth, pot causes high blood pressure which can lead to stroke & heart attack. These are facts. I smoked for 2 years, when I quit I faced heart probs, panic attacks, fits of anger and depression for about 2 months.

It does raise blood pressure, lower testosterone in men, and yes it causes PERMANENT REPRODUCTIVE HARM in females. Smoke a few times probably wont hurt, prolonged use will.
