@Svatopluk You're right. This is the Tonada del Chimo, from the Códice Trujillo (also known as Martinez Compañon) that contains transcriptions of 17th century Peruvian folk music. It was inserted twice in this production to depict both the dream of Adonis of his own death, killed by a boar, and his real death.
This is not the music by Torrejon, as it says it your description.
