i bought the phone yesterday but its so hard to text on it. and also i dont have internet on it so it takes away the whole point of the phone.

this phone is beath taking. i love this phone to death. i dont even have it yet. i will have my phone on friday. i cant wait. yes this phone is real good. i work for sprint. the instinct is also a good phone. i could have gotten the instinct phone, but i dont like the shape of it. i think that the htc touch is the best phone that sprint has to offer.

okay so i barely got this phone and like the screen is not vertical its horizontal, so how do i make it vertical again? also, i tried to connect to the internet and i couldnt but yesterday i could; whats going on?

The specs on the phone are really nice, 400 mhz processor, 128 mb of ram. 256 mb of ROM and 512 mb of flash... Thats pretty damn good. I just bought one yesterday online, with a SERO plan. My phone doesn't arrive for 2-3 more days. But its worth it :)

Im torn between this and the Mogul, any recomendations/

they are both equal phone and you can download mods to get the mogul to act and look like the touch. but i think the only real advantage is the keyboard that the mogul has. because the both have wifi even though a lot of place says that it don't so i guess it would be the keyboard that you have to ask your self about.

I have the Mogul, awesome phone! However I found out that the new Touch has more system ram then the mogul. But I love the keyboard on my mogul. So it's a sacrifice on either two.

does the phone suck itself or is it Sprints horrible service? Even the 6800 on Sprint isn't as good as the ones on Verizon or ATT.

one question i have is:

how much does the internet/sprint music store cost?

becuase i had the samsung upstage until recently, and i didnt know about all the additional fees that the music store costs, until afterwards.

if and when i get this phone, i most likely won't be needing the music or on demand features, and the only web directed program i'd need is email.

do you know how much that would cost ?

If you listen to the first minute and a half closely you will know he says that you should remove the back of the phone in order to get to the memory card slot. Have fun with ur phone!
