This show was so freaking cute. I wasn't born until around the time it ended, so the highlight of my life would be the week I would be sick out of school with strep throat (I have very sensitive sinuses and throat, so I was always getting sick) and got to spend it with my grandparents watching Muppet Babies (and Eureeka's Castle!) on Nick JR and drinking Hawaiian Punch. Good gravy, those were the days!
I love muppet babies! It has always been my favorite cartoon! The animation is awesome especially in this episode. Iremember first watching this when I was 3 back in 1990 on Fox 11 every afternoon at 3pm and I was a little girl in heaven!;) Watching muppet babies is more fun than playing barbies or house! ;)
At 6:48 the song is great !!!!!! I wish the song could have been longer but other than that it was such a great tune. It's been a long time since I've seen this episode thanks so much for posting !!!!!!!
My girl and I looked up this episode because we just had a sudden realization, 17 years after watching it on television, that the "ghosts" in one episode of the Muppet Babies looked like Klansmen. Holy crap. ROTFL.
@Aznar245 That's A Good Question because I'm trying to figure that out myself. They look just like the KKK but they have a scary face instead. I don't know if their making fun of the KKK or was it real scenes from an old Scary Ghost Movie ?????? I don't know but that's a good question :)
@eeeeooouh It's from "Shivering Spooks", an old episode of The Little Rascals. The 'ghosts' were men trying to scare the Rascals by putting on ghost costumes. Not sure about why they look like Klan members, though.
I remember watching this episode with my brother back when Nick Jr. aired this show. He went around singing Fozzie's "Oh, P-P-Piggy!" line from the song afterwards. :P
@thechaz83 I can relate to that. :) I always thought there was a secret passage in my house. Even in my dreamns, I dreamt that some of the closets lead to a secret room.
The first Pokemon USA dub, "The Mastermind of Mirage Pokemon," had really bad voices, so when it was released to DVD they had to re-do all the voices and I think it sounded a bit better. James and Meowth also used to have totally different voice actors in the first season.

Basically the weirdest and greatest Muppet Babies episode ever. Ah, memories of the 80's...
And yes, I spent many a night frightened by the "Klan" ghosts after this...

When this episode first aired on CBS I began looking for secret passages all throughout my house for the next 8 days. Who can relate to that? lol.

Pretty scary form the beginning when Rolf is telling about trap doors and stuff. Great upload, man. I love the Muppet Babies very much.

I love Skeeter she sounds just like Bonsly from the Pokemon anime
livinlarge18 4 years ago
That, and it's Frank Welker as Skeeter
wiley207 4 years ago
Frank Welker's Skeeter sounds more babyish while Howie Mandel's Skeeter sounds really weird. Also you like Pokemon ?
livinlarge18 4 years ago 2
Yeah, the first three seasons. I like the Pokemon video games more than the anime
wiley207 4 years ago
The 4Kids dub was awesome but he new voice actors suck except Bill Rogers as Brock who also voices Bonsly

Rachel Lillis made Jessie sound evil,Michelle Knotz makes her sound nice

Right. Ash now sounds like a teenager hitting puberty. That makes sense, since he now probably has to be 12 or 13 in the series now.

Yeah. Ted Lewis's James was TOTALLY different from Eric Stuart's James (And his current voice now, probably Bill Rogers)
