I did this on sims 2 its soo easy. Just use those three story or two story colums and place them underneath so you are given the square building guidelines, or whatever you want to call those white outilined boxes and then biuld ontop of them and then delete them There you have it. Floating house. :)

Why is it impossible? Because there is no shoring in columns? How much you bet that is the architect and the amount you can build this house? If you're thinking of steel structure, it is not impossible, but which is invisible to the house, the base, it must be very stable, so that he can keep the house "floating" stage. it's a nice house overall but I feel like it lacks a little bit of creativity. I think that outside of the house is great- I'm personally always haing trouble with the outdoor things. But personally i think making a completely windowed house and making all the interior mostly the same (ie: the floors, the colors?) makes it a little less amazing. It's a good job overall- I would just maybe upload a house with maybe more in side detail to go off of this one.
