Not trying to start an argument but I would just like to give the English supporters a little perspective on how unimportant this game is to Australians. To us it is more a favour we do the poms sending our winning team over in the off season and having a run against your champions.

If this game was scrapped completely, very few fans here would miss it, or even realise it was gone, let alone the players who have just completed a full season in the toughest rugby league competition world.

The Game of Rugby League is an 80 minute game, and Leeds couldnt beat them in that 80 minute game, if they were better than Manly, they would've dominated for 80 minutes.

So I think 80 minutes is enough to prove that you can beat another team.

So last I looked Rugby League is an 80 minute game, not 90. Unless Leeds brought Manly into extra time, which they couldn't.

Manly were simply the better team, we played in your season, in your conditions, and in front of your home crowd.
