How many times have you came across comments which have read - 'MW is better than old cod games cause mw3 has newer guns. who wants to use old guns when you have new ones?' The original COD games were educational as well as fun. You don't get that with the MW series.
@aidenmccloskey I agree completely. With the newer CoD games it feels too much like your watching an unrealistic cheesy hollywood movie. I love the older CoD games, they really suck you in so you get to see it, how real soldiers saw it in a sense. Not to mention, I prefer WWII games in general anyway.

the stupid part is that german was still making jet fighters that could be that superior in the begginig,and the luftwaffe was scarce in stalingrad because of the fuel supply lines,if they flew in from germany ,it would be a suicide mission,and because of blitzkrige warfare,so it would be rare for germans to construct an airfiel;d over the course of a few days

@fwola way back when this call of duty came out it was utterly ground breaking, the AI were great, you relied on your team mates alot more and it opened up a whole new chapter for first person shooters and fps online gaming in the same way halo did. the expansion pack to this you cud even get tons of vehicles to play with online. the new ones have done nothing new since cod 4. cod 4 was the last truely good cod after that nothing has changed, even the graphics are 90percent the same.

@fwola I'm sorry man, but as a person who enjoys single player games, MW2 and MW3 were awful. They took the good story of MW, replaced everything good in it with 'wow' moments, and dumbed it down so much that I refused to even finish MW3. They overused character death, and honest-to-god, I was shocked that they didn't have a "They fired a nuke, we can only destroy it with our own nuke!" kind of BS. Say what you will about Black Ops, it at least attempted a plot.
@fwola Also, apart from new guns, honestly, whats changed between MW and MW3? They don't take any time with them anymore. They just rush them out, and frankly it's sad. They could be so much better if they got good writers and really took their time to make a quality game.

@fwola But the thing is, they don't polish them. Let's be honest, they could have made every feature added into MW2 and MW3 into a DLC for MW. They didn't bring anything new to the table, it was just really repetitive. And I care about the story, because I actually want to be drawn into what happens. And MW2 and MW3 just sucked in that regard. I cared nothing for the characters, and all of the plot events made no fucking sense.
@fwola A an example: Russia withdraws its army from a disastrous defeat in New York. So how the fuck do they just up and invade all of Europe at once. Seriously, what is that? I've never invaded Europe (except for that one time) but it strikes me as something you do in phases. They took the good plot and likable characters from MW, and bastardized it into something that was frankly mediocre at best. And if you liked MW2 and 3's plot, you shouldn't be on here, you should be coloring a picture.
@fwola My point is, MW was great. worth every cent. MW2 and MW3 were just plain bad, and from the standpoint of a person with a brain and even a decent knowledge of the real world, it's not worth $10, let alone $60. At best it has a solid multiplayer, which I, as a singleplayer gamer, don't get anything out of.

@fwola actually make a bit more effort rather than making it pretty much exactly the same each time. battlefield, elder scrolls, GTA and halo can manage it dont see why call of duty cant the game makes enough money from all the fan boys it has. and based on the fact i got the top rated comment on this video twice saying the same point im pretty sure alot of people agree with me, and btw the games been going down hill for ages coz of the exact point im saying.

@fwola way back when this call of duty came out it was utterly ground breaking, the AI were great, you relied on your team mates alot more and it opened up a whole new chapter for first person shooters and fps online gaming in the same way halo did. the expansion pack to this you cud even get tons of vehicles to play with online. the new ones have done nothing new since cod 4. cod 4 was the last truely good cod after that nothing has changed, even the graphics are 90percent the same.

@fwola if you have read the reviews the games are getting worse ratings everytime. the reason why its selling so well still is coz call of duty is branded on the front cover. and yes ive tried them all. and compared to the old ones and games like battlefield and halo there crap. people wont give any other games a chance because of call of duty.

@fwola I'm sorry man, but as a person who enjoys single player games, MW2 and MW3 were awful. They took the good story of MW, replaced everything good in it with 'wow' moments, and dumbed it down so much that I refused to even finish MW3. They overused character death, and honest-to-god, I was shocked that they didn't have a "They fired a nuke, we can only destroy it with our own nuke!" kind of BS. Say what you will about Black Ops, it at least attempted a plot.

@fwola Also, apart from new guns, honestly, whats changed between MW and MW3? They don't take any time with them anymore. They just rush them out, and frankly it's sad. They could be so much better if they got good writers and really took their time to make a quality game.

@fwola But the thing is, they don't polish them. Let's be honest, they could have made every feature added into MW2 and MW3 into a DLC for MW. They didn't bring anything new to the table, it was just really repetitive. And I care about the story, because I actually want to be drawn into what happens. And MW2 and MW3 just sucked in that regard. I cared nothing for the characters, and all of the plot events made no fucking sense.

@fwola A an example: Russia withdraws its army from a disastrous defeat in New York. So how the fuck do they just up and invade all of Europe at once. Seriously, what is that? I've never invaded Europe (except for that one time) but it strikes me as something you do in phases. They took the good plot and likable characters from MW, and bastardized it into something that was frankly mediocre at best. And if you liked MW2 and 3's plot, you shouldn't be on here, you should be coloring a picture.

@fwola My point is, MW was great. worth every cent. MW2 and MW3 were just plain bad, and from the standpoint of a person with a brain and even a decent knowledge of the real world, it's not worth $10, let alone $60. At best it has a solid multiplayer, which I, as a singleplayer gamer, don't get anything out of.
On another note, sorry I ranted. I mean no disrespect, I'm just not a fan.
