Black was set up on this question, because something to the effect of "How would another attack on America affect McCain's campaign?". He said it would help his campaign, because this would sway the people to vote for someone who has a little more military experience. The point is, if Obama's top advisor had said this, the media would have directly linked it to Obama as though he himself said it.

In essence McCain IS a terrorist if you think about it. He wants war. He wants to use weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and Iran to impose American will on other sovereign nations. It's sad, but true. Luckily, the majority of American's don't have the same warped vision of how the world should be.
An attack on American soil, will only allow McCain to rationalize his own hawkish policies.
