teflon pan is a no no, pieces of teflon come off and is incorporated in the food. and splenda is also a no no. What is in the egg whites besides egg? Please read the box. buy eggs and use the whites only. A little teaspoon of raw cane sugar does not have that many calories. These factors may have resulted in the thumbs down. Sorry dear this is not so healthy.

Isn't Calphalon the brand? It looks like a nonstick pan, and those are no good. The chemical seeps into your food. Even aluminum may not be good.
