@andiielion actually, they used some knowns and spells from the real wicca religion, as you can see in season 3 when that blonde girs teaches them old witchcraft, the spell with the apple is real and thought to protect wiccans against evil, also is kinda real the power of three, but it's not called that, it's called the power of three times three.

Jeremy was a warlock...not a demon...the power of three spell can only be used to vanquish warloocks, not demons

@foreverfamous25 Actually although Jeremy was in fact a warlock not a demon the power of three spell vanquishes all demons and warlocks and protects the sisters as they are chanting the spell in 4x21 Womb Raider Piper,Phoebe, and Paige cast the power of three spell and vanquished The Seer , The unborn baby conceived by Phoebe and Cole/The Source and every other demon or warlock that was there.

Prue used her telekenesis power to get rid of the Dream Sorcerer; it was not a spell. Same with Kali.
