Well said Dr Haas, this will not be the last of such kind of terrorist attacks against India and the only way to resolve this issue is to sit and talk to both sides and avoid giving into the need to start a conflict. As such, aid and sanctions are helpful but India and Pakistan need to talk to each other with a unbiased country moderating. I also agree that the US cannot pass judgement on what has happened as it is something that has happened to the US as well. I admire your wisdom. Well Spoken.
