You dont go flying around lowsec with some friends in battleships and battlecruisers talking shit to people if your gonna run a mission. @ the comment about him not tanking, the chances are that he stacked the hell out of one or two different types of resistances, and left the rest open since he was going against a faction specific mission. i doubt he fit his golem to pvp. btw silly golem shoulda slowboated back to the gate
he was pve fit using cruise missiles. if he was using torps you probably would have been demolished along with your buddies. torp golem >paladin my friend
It doesn't seem like the Golem was tanking any at all. I fly a Golem and I probably couldn't take on five of you fellas but if will take you good bit of time to take me down and I doubt that I would be the only one to go.
Never flown a golem and probably never will (paladin is where its at ;D ) Looking back at the killmail, he probably shouldnt of been in the golem to begin with, cus his mids seem....f'd up... 4 passive hardners an invuln x-large shield booster, shield boost amp. and for rigs he had a anti em rig and a field purger (lol)
He did take almost 50k dmg though....but noone was at risk of dieing in that fight except him.
Well I like Golem for Lev4 and Lev5 missions. Would't use it for PvP or lowsec. Golem is not good for PvP but it works awesome on PvE.I'm able to tank two fully t2 fitted Nighthawks with their t2 drones on me and my sheilds stay at 100%.I lost one to the Concords, Didn't pay much attention while in mission and picked up some drugs warped back to the gate and next thing I know I got concord police on me. It took them long time take me down and my total Hp tanked was 262k.Golem is bad little Ship!
Yeah, that made me look kind of stupid I guess:p managed to add both vids to fav by mistake, and never really bothered to remove them as I didn't realize until you said that, that people can actually see fav'd vids
And yeah, I actually quit d2 because it was killed by hacking/duping/bots :|
