Hi I placed an order on your Ebay Shop paid on 01/12/11 I was informed it would arrive on 14 to 16/12/11. But 35 days latter no refund and no product Who in Pro Therapy Supplies to get a refund. Customer services keep giving me the run around and telling me to wait longer, but I am sick of waiting and a Month waiting after the high postal charges is Crazy.
