@FrostehDesigns It all depends on your screen resolution, his is big, yours could be smaller, If it's the same then you must have done something wrong while making the new file, check and see if It's on " Pixels " and not inches.

1. Go to FILE then OPEN...

2. Find your logo

3. Copy all the layers

4. Close that project

5. Paste on the background project.
