didn't like this album. lyrics suffered, and Blaze just isn't the same calibre singer as Bruce. playing is spot-on as always. probably a low point for the band, but I can't say that the Final Frontier is a high point either.

He use to work in a missile defense place and when he and his wife got divorced he wasnt aloud to see his kids or give birthday presents because he was a horrible father. Maiden wrote some clever lyrics as always.

@tammysyl Thanks :) I personally think Blaze sounds like Bruce in many ways. That's what makes him good, he's got some of the similar qualities that kept it Maiden-esque, brought in a little bit of his own style AND didn't rip off Bruce's "legacy". Blaze was definately a BIG part in creating modern Maiden sound vocally. you can hear alot of similarities between this and songs on Dance Of Death.
