2009 Dodge Ram Hemi Magnaflow 14" 12198

i got the dod14m put on yesterday, what a great sound! the resonators are still on it though so i'll be getting to that a later date. did you drive with the magnaflow and resonators for a bit and then decide to cut the resonators off? or did you just do both at once? just curious as to how different it was for you if you did that.

@TRXmAsTr Good deal, glad to hear you like it. I drove for a few days before i removed the resonators. I did noticed a slight imorovement in sound.

@libertymediagroupllc i figured thats why it sounds so nice and unrestricted! i got one of these trucks on order and when it comes in I plan on getting the dod14m kit, but also getting rid of the resonators. was it difficult?

@TRXmAsTr I am able to cut and weld so I just ordered the muffler and did it myself. There was some pipe I had to add to make up the difference but it wasn't to bad. The DOD14M will come set up with the pipe you need and the angle you need it. I decided to just get the muffler to save some money. The resonators were very easy to cut out and weld in replacement pipe.

@libertymediagroupllc oo alright I see. Your quick responses are awesome. I have heard many clips of the 14 inch with the resonators still there and it sounds too tame.. feel like the resonators got to go. This vid sounds much better.

@TRXmAsTr I can't stand it when I have asked question on peoples stuff and they never respond. So I purposed to never be like that :) Plus, with all this technology no matter where you are your notified of something as soon as it happens...lol. Ya, definitley dump the resonators, you won't regret it. Like I said before, this is my third Dodge Ram and I have been through the multiple Flowmasters, Dynomaxs etc., and this by far is my favorite sound.

@libertymediagroupllc haha yah thats great I appreciate it! but yah this truck sounds incredible. I just hope its loud enough in person. i got a srt8 jeep right now thats real loud so im hoping to have a similiar volume out of the truck!
