so have i its been 5 months ouchhhhhhh i am about to try out an sort of acient way to heal a heel spur...its a brick ... place the brick in the oven and let it heat up then put it on a bowl add water on top of the brick it will steam then place a towel on top of heel so that the steam can get to it

this really is true, I had heal spurs and I was in excruciating pain for a year, and I thought I was going to have to stop working, and I work in retail standing on my feet all day long, with no releif in sight a friend told me about z coil shoes we went to check them out and I finally was pain free for the first time in a year. I since have become the unoffical spokesperson for z coil shoes, customers stop me and ask me about my shoes all the time.
