  • Simply great.

  • Absolutely a jewel in the list of songs done by great Mohammed Rafi sahib and Lata ji.

No match ever to superseed their contribution to Indian film industry.

Thanks a million time for giving us these vintage songs.....zal1mt1pu!

  • i am building that time machine. I'll let you know when its ready.

  • @mhhfh Whoever you are, let me tell you that I have been an ardent follower of music since the 60s and am pretty much aware of who did what. So you have no business to be questioning my views on L-P. I have always despised them and shall continue to do so. If you are an L-P fan, fine, I am not questioning that. Likewise, you'd better lay off with regard to the musical prefernces that I have.

  • no one can forget the charm Rajesh Khanna used to have and Mumtaj was considered one f the most beautiful actress and his best pair

  • Good one. Good lyrics, music, picturization.

Bindya chamkegi from same movie is even better.

  • ha

  • nice song

  • This was a mediocre number which became a hit more due to being played repatedly over the radio channels (when there was no TV of course).. songs like these in fact indicated the first signs of decline in film music..L-P were poor and over-hyped as composers..

  • @jaivas22 You have any idea about what you are talking against LP. LP was only contender to compete with legendary Shankar Jaikishan in sixties .So review you comment after looking the 60s music

  • mumtaz very fond of picturizing in rainfall

  • mummu with her looks , just lives the song . she is sooo cuuute

  • Mumtaz, soooo cute.

  • beautifuuuuul song!!!!...love Mumtaz

  • Beauty has its standards. Its just so beautiful. It reminds me of my old days. Jiyo raja.

  • Yes she is so beautiful

  • Superb, fantastic, mind-blowing.... This songs is my favorite. Every time I listen to it, it is more than once. The lyrics are beautiful, the singers used to be a killing combination and so was this pair - all legends. Note a few things:

    i. look at the innocence of the actors

ii. not a shadow of vulgarity as compared to today's songs

iii. The lady is as beautiful before the rain as afterwards, which is truly remarkable.

This song can get anybody romantic.

  • i agree with the above comment .It is best worded and well judged. But I am of the opinion that this land possess many such talents, and i have heard such ones. Only thing is, they do not have such propaganda

  • amazing lyrics ,music,singing ,a masterpiece

  • nice one..must listen complete...

  • Dads fav i dunno y ? coz of dholak may be .. any ways cheers!

  • Centuries will pass before another voice of such calibre, elocution and style will be gifted to this planet again. No body could ever reach to their heights. They had complete control in all sorts of variations in singing. A naive pair, they could naturally justify the poetic lyrics and I think the poets created these inspired by their voice as they could imagine their creations just as the composers did, Lata & Rafi Sahib are immortal and their art will be remembered.(4rth March 2011)

  • @mrshahcph

I dont think we'll ever have so many great singers like Kishore Kumar and Rafi at one time again.

  • @ankithvyas very true said

  • @mrshahcph How were Lata & Rafi naive? Did you mean "novel"?

  • super song

  • Nyc!!! vocie!!!
