They had nice rooms, very nice rooms and not so nice rooms according to what you signed up for. If your experience was bad, then you were on the cheap side.
All in all I had a good two weeks that flew by in a hurry.
Food was good, more styled after 'Dominican' cuisine for me.
Service was great and helpful, but only after our travel rep said something to the front desk..
They do try to keep the place clean 24/7, but their understanding and perspective is different.
I notice joeangelharo writes a negative comment all everyone's video's write on your own video, no one wants to hear about your negativity, obviously you have a beef with the resort, take it up with management, some people have positive experiences and enjoy the resort, hating on peoples personal experiences is not very mature or nice
they must of given you one of there new rooms because i was there in july 2010 i and the worst expience in my life the rooms where nasty hair in the bed and dead bedbug in the bed puvic hair in the nasty moldy tub I checked out 2 hours after I checked in.
@joeangelharo i read the reviews of this resort before i went there and the critics said all these thigs. i actually thought the same things will be in my room, but i turns out my mom had also read the reviews and told the resort employees to clean the room and take out all the hair, bugs, etc. it wasn't bad, all thanks to her.
I was at Coral Costa Caribe in July 2011 and the resort was insanely beautiful, but the food was pretty bad.

It was my first trip to D.R. and it was interesting.
A different culture obviously, but most people I encountered were nice.
There is always that underlying resentment towards tourists, mostly from poorer people.
A great experience and I would go there again.

@danielatvable Most of the staff there was extremely helpful. Still a 2 to 3 star resort, but such a great deal
