Создаётся ощущение , будто мы знали его лично , настолько выразительно исполнение ... Перестаёшь замечать , что звучит оперная ария ... Вот он , перед нами : простой русский человек с большим и храбрым сердцем , не побоявшийся сознательно пойти на смерть ради благополучия других , дать последний , неравный бой врагам . Настоящий Мужчина и Герой ...

Great similarity between Chaliapin & his sucessor, Nicola Rossi-Lemeni, both timbre & delivery. Smooth & very sonorous, not the heavy, rumbling sound of an earthquake! This is really gorgeous.
