@koshiwaza music can most definitely be analyzed in terms of science and mathematics (example, why we are able to tell if a note is "off key") however i do know what you're saying, creativity can never be science.

@koshiwaza haha, i dont know how exactly, but i read somewhere that we understand music and "sounds good" due to mathematical fractions in terms of note steps (tone, semitone, etc). i think its like how a rational number can be expressed by p/q where p, q are integers but irrational numbers are yucky. also theres a really good book called this is your brain on music by daniel levitin. theres also a docomentary version featuring sting. ^^

i LIKE nature living but it seems like everyone's making excuses for the fact that they like NL just because they're japanese. It's perfectly alright to find fault with accents if a band is going to sing in a language that isn't their native tongue. I think nature living would be better if the singers voice wasn't so high. in my eyes(and ears) nature living is perfect in form except for their lead singer's vocal timbre and heavy accent. in fact, the accent may not be as noticeable if sung lower.
